At a college football game last Saturday (...somehere in North West Mississippi) the concessions were charging $6.00 for a hot dog on the vistor side and $3.00 for a hot dog on the home team side. Is this legal - I certainly know that it is not ethical (but not surprising that they would do something unethical).

Given that it's a private company, it would be hard to prove that their action was illegal. Even if you could, is it worth an attempted lawsuit?

A better way to get back at the company would be through the press.

People have a right to charge what they want. People who did not go to the other side to pay deserved to pay the higher prices.

It's unethical, but not unlawful. Companies do it all the time.
