no really i dont know if you have read it but ron goldman's family is sueing oj simpson for the rights of his name. this is crazy even if he did it they did not run in the nfl thats his right. if they rule against oj it will be against the amendment that states a right to life liberty and the ..... how can you be happy with no name. really if he got off because he is famous thats wrong but dragging this on after more than 10 years is doing nothing but hurting your sons name. but i understand all ron's family is in for is money. this is crazy, what are your thoughts?

they are in for the money of course.

They are trying tmake sure OJ, doesn;t profit by being OJ. I think it is a disgrace that he is found innocent in a criminal trial but then is held civily liable. It is retarded

OJ is being sued for the monetary results his name generates. OJ was found civally liable for the Ron Goldman death and was ordered to pay 32 million dollars as a result. OJ has been busy looking for the real killer on every golf course in Florida and Bermuda for the past ten years, and just hasn't had time to write the check. He'll get around to it soon, I guess...

They are trying to get the money that was awarded to the family in the civil case. They want to be able to get any profits that OJ would receive because of his name.

a lot of people are always looking to sue someone now these days to make money. some cases are even you never heard of like this one.

You are obviously misquoting the lawsuit, so it's difficult to answer your question. I will bet you dinner anywhere that the lawsuit does not, as a remedy, ask the court to take away his name.
