This is going to sound really dumb, but your best bet is to look in the Yellow Pages and find an attorney that specializes in labor law/discrimination cases. That's a particularly squirrely section of law, so you really need someone who handles cases like that all the time. Don't bother with the lawyers who run ads on TV because they're mostly personal injury lawyers and don't have the expertise to deal with harassment cases.

I would take it up with your human resources department and try and get it resolved internally. If that doesn't work call your local bar association and get a referral for an attorney that specializes in handling these types of cases.

Make sure that you have a validate claim. Research what constitute "harassment" before continuing. It could bite you in the long run.
