No, not until you learn how to write and spell properly! Please do NOT attempt to teach with grammar and spelling like that!!!
Let's clear a few things up, though. If you were arrested and the charges were subsequently dropped or the case was dismissed there is nothing to expunge. Expungement refers to an action to clear a record of a crimminal conviction. If you had a conviction expunged, the charges were not dismissed; you were convicted of something!
Whether or not you could teach would depend upon state law and what the original conviction was for. Although an expungement generally clears your record, it's not quite totally clear depending upon state law and what you were convicted of in the first place.

Sorry - no one is allowed to teach until he/she can demonstrate that he/she can spell. It is one of the BIG teaching rules.
