OK, im the father. my babys mother cheated on me appearently for no reason because ive been good to her and she left me to her mothers house. i was trying really to keep us united and tryin to work things out between us regardless of what she did. ive been trying really for about 3 months to see if she is willing to fix things but her mind is not in the right place. well i thought because she was the mother, she gets the daughter automatically, but then i found out we have equal rights. The mother smokes marijuana, she has an eyebrow ring. shes turning gothic when this wasnt who she was before. shes tryin to become like her sister who influenced her to leave me. shes poor. ungrateful. a bad mother. she doesnt care for the baby. she just wants her cuz i want her. everytime she drops off the baby, she has a new scratch or rash or bruise. but me im financially fit, a good person, and have everything better then her. Is there any way i can keep the baby away from her for the childs safety

It is a faith that God can judge man. But it is also a faith that man can not judge other men or women. It is quite clear on this issue. So, Is shooting or bombing someone in the military an immoral act? Is morality apriori or discovered in living life?

I wonder what will happen if you stick a finger to a cop ? Or yelling profanity to him.

Are you legally in trouble ?

One got to let out the frustrations sometimes, you know ?!

I certainly understand NOT being allowed to kill someone willy nilly or to vandalize property but

Why can't a man have multible wives like some religions permit?

Or why cant a person grow or make a currently illegal crop on their premises if it is for their own consumption on their own time and by consuming these thing do no harm to others.

These are but two examples I am sure that many others could be brought forth if necessary for example personal safety laws.

After a person(s) harm others or vandalize property extertera then the 'law' can apprehend them and deal with them appropriately.

Certainly a person should have some level of security and comfort and I beklieve much of that has been lost because our neighborhoods have become so large and the demand for our time so great that we do not have the time or effort to know all or even most of the neighbors even in our own small block.

& people come & go so quick a year, three, five and their gone.
Thats 1-5 4th july's or ...

Say someone is screaming or yelling at you with profanity and abusive language. No actually physical threats just verbal abuses and in your face type of challenge.

If you punch him in the face, are you in trouble for that ? Or that is ok because that person provoked you ?
