Go to the DMV and ask to get your license... they will tell you its suspended... Act shocked, "For What???" They will tell you for tickets. Claim that it wasn't you... and ask for court dates to dispute the tickets. SInce the tickets are so old, the police will not have evidence that it was you.
I know this works... 15 tickets valued at at $1350 total all dismissed!! (not mine of course)!
