Which countries have the most relaxed censorship laws when it comes to vulgarity in the media?

Mainly referring to "inappropriate" language, sexual themes, violence, and the like.

Well it would've been australia up to when Channel ten finished Big Brother uncut, Adults only and Up late, so i'm going with either czech republic (coz of what i have seen on their BB) or Canada

I guess it really comes down to what is inappropriate. They all censor the inappropriate, but many do not view the same things as such! In Canada full frontal nudity is OK
