I was in a car wreck my back and arm was hurt I had to go to phycical therapy and now the county in ky will not give me enough money to buy another car,need advice.thank you.

I was in the mens restroom of my company and had just entered a stall. I had pulled my pants down to get ready to do my business, when I noticed that whoever used the toilet before me had sprinkled it. So I grabbed a piece of toilet paper and started cleaning the seat, struggling to hold everything in, as I really had to go bad.

The stall door flung open, crashing against the wall. Even though I had latched it, the mechanism appeared to had failed. Anyways, this startled me and I lost control of my bowels. Worst yet, I had eaten something that didn't agree with my system, so it was a runny movement, complete with gas pockets. The result was that it splattered the person who'd flung the door open. That person happend to be my boss.

Needless to say, he's ticked about the incident.

if I am considered due to political difference a 'possible' enemy combatant (loose definition) is it really a new law that I no longer have rights and you and I can be detained indefinitely against our will, without rights, against bill of rights, and my family cannot find out where I am held, etc? How does this not go against the Constitution,and who is pushing for laws to change this, or what I consider to be anti-American?

Tapping is still going on. An electricion was working on wires on the post outside of my house and my neighbors . He did not ask to enter my yard while I was out there and he went into the neightbors yard whithout knocking on their door. He hesitated when he saw me ,but continued and did not say a word. I watched and then I called all of the utilites to inquire if they were working out there. NO! My husband and I are concerned that it may be wire tapping. Isn't that illegal now? I know it sounds paranoid!!!!

Kept in pens so tight they can hardly move and that's all they know their entire lives?
Do you know what psychological torture looks like? When animals pace back and forth and bite thier cage all day?
Do you know they say pigs are smarter than dogs?
How would you feel if Dogs were kept like that?
ANd they are treated like that in China, so what's the big deal? Animal torture is OK?

I'm the guarantor of my friend's car loan. Now his car got sold off my finance co due to default of payment and I'm being pursued by the finance co to help him to pay up a huge 5 figure amount.

He doesnt seemed to be willing to pay and i've been told by the finance company that if i dont pay up, they will take legal actions against me.

I really regretted being this friend's guarantor but there's really no use crying over split milk now. I have two old parents and what i earned is barely enough to cover all the living costs. How am i supposed to help my friend pay off this 5 figure amount?

I would like to know, any one of you encountered the same problem? Is there any alternative methods that i can take? Such as, legal actions against my friend? I know my friend still have assets under his name, such as his HDB flat, possible to get the finance to issue an injuction to him or acquire his flat?

Any advice is appreciated, kind folks!

This question may seem ample to answer. But my point that I ask this question for the reason I felt exploited on whats going on in my group. I like to have friends, of course, but if they are just trying me to be foolish in our group, better I would rather to go alone than joining to this useless friends..... As far as I know, I can live without any groups. I merely happy to be alone before but now I want to change. If this is my situation that I felt exploited, do I need to go back the way I usually does? But there are times I felt happy with my group. I still want to join them. Hope they might change........ How does my friends treat me as a friend? and How can I tell if they are really my friend?

Ok, I am a Junior at my high school. And I got placed in a Journalism class. We have a new teacher for it this year, and has changed the requirements. One of which states, each student "must" bring in revenue for the class. In which will be made by selling Ad's in the school news paper. She has said "No Ad, No A" is it illegal for her to tell us this? Because a friend of mine told me to look it up, because it will affect my grades, which will affect my GPA and that in turn will affect my chances of successfully getting into a certain college. Which can affect many more parts of my life. So in short, can severly limit my lifes choices, all because of one Ad not being sold.

And sidenote, I spent 3 days going to several different establishments, requesting they purchase Ads. However, all of them rejected it, stating that they had corporate offices that do that, that i had to send a send a request for a donation which would have taken weeks (past myd deadline), or pretty much to F-Off.

My father-in-law has a 30 year history of schemes and scams to get-rich-quick. Along the way he’s lost hundreds of thousands of dollars, not only for himself but also for friends and family that have “invested” in these “opportunities”.

At some point along the way he came across the Nigerian Email Scam and found the answer to all his financial troubles. Many letters, emails, phone calls, airplane tickets, and tens of thousands of dollars later, he still hasn’t received a penny.

Along the way there’s been family interventions, letters, visits, and phone calls to help kick his addiction to these scams.

We’ve opened our spam box to show other scam emails and sent copies of media exposés on the Nigerian Email Scam. "It's not the same," he says.

Are there state/legal/medical options to stop him?

His pension would be more than adequate to put him in a home of some sort, but how can we get him there?

Other options?

Three boys in a nissian. Driver & passenger have history of problems,driver has threatened to kill passenger in the past. The two boys have 2 violent agruments the night, passenger supposible jumps out. Boy in the middle of the 2 boys says the passenger wants out, and opens the door & driver is zig zaging &
popping accelerator.Passenger is killed.The 2 other boys say he jumped. Autopsy says fall, there are no injuries any where on his body but, ebrasions to his elbows and back of head. There are brush marks due to the 2 boys dragging him,trying to load him in truck. they do not call 911.A person passing does. The EMT tells me he was shot in the mouth,after hitting the road.Because the tongue spatchula went thru roof of the mouth,& he had a hole in top of the head. Sherriffs dept. says he jumped.Boys are released.What do you think?

I live in Northern Texas. My wife and I are swingers and have just bought a home here. We have been harassed twice now by the local police. The first time was because we had our friend park in a public park after hours. When one of the guest said the he gave some money for food they lockup my wife and I up and would not give her her medication. We were not even read our rights. When we had them park on the street. The patrol officer admitted he did not care about the parties but his commanding officer told him that he and another unit had to come and ticket any car on the street that was violating the trafic law. Because we were throughing a swingers party and his officer fif not want that stuff going on. This was 11:35 pm. and only my street to a certain point. What course of action is available to me to fight this type of discrimination.
