I have a court hearing on Monday and I'm really nervous, I don't have a lawyer(pro-se), it's a divorce and it's an uncontested divorce and when I get nervous I can't hardly talk, I feel like butterflies in my tummy and thats now imagine when it's the day I get even worst.
What do you do when you get very nervous?

Isn't a person supposed to able to complain against unfair treatment when dealing with a government agency? If this is so, why can I not get the info about where to send my complaint to, and who would I talk to in order to find this out?

I know that the Supreme Court has more authority but they don't listen to most of the cases sent to them..Does that mean that the Appeals Court is more powerful?

I didn't put my ssn on an application so I was refused a job. I said I would give it once I was at least considered for the job. Is that right?

I know they use it for background so I would have given it later.

And what about other places that make you give your ssn like power or telephone companies?

My nieghbor has a boyfriend who she has a baby with. I have heard the boyfriend on several occasions say to her " if you don't suck my dick you can get out" or other sexual acts to him. She feels that if she doesn't do these things to him that her and her child will have no place to go. I live in Sidney, Nebraska where there are no safe havens, no resources , and no shelters for her to go to. I need to know what I can do to help without risking friendship if you know what I mean? What laws are being broken here by him saying these things? Does anyone have a direct link to these laws? Thanks so much.

I am a tenant of a newly build property. I had to install a BT landline which was over 100 pounds. When I asked the landlord if he could reimburse that to me as it is a profit for him or every other tenant after me he refused. Do I have a right to demand it back or partially? Do you know in which law or how to go about it?
