They go back to the appeals court.They then decide what should be done.

The appellate decision remains as the final determination.

Whatever holding or interpretation the circuit court rendered remains in effect. That decision is only fully binding within the same circuit, but it is strong persuasive authority if the Supreme Court looked at the decision and determined it didn't need to be addressed.

Then take the Law in ur hand punish the culprit , N surrender ur self to the Supreme Court hope by this time too they might reject ur case if so then pls dont repeat it .

they dont get heard, so the law as stated by the highest court is upheld... at least for the time being until and if new legislation is enacted to say differently
