I know that this question has been asked a hundred times, but does anyone know if there is a possiblity of problems if an 18-19 year old has consensual sex with a 16-17 year old in Ohio with written proof of consent and nothing besides sex (AKA no drugs or pornography is involved, and the younger is allowed to be at the older one's house so it is not kidnapping or assisting runaways or anything.)

Isn't this considered to be "intent to deliever" in most places and a pretty serious charge? If so, how can Willie Nelson be "on the road again"? To go along with majic shrooms..See link..

It should go without saying that terrorists are absolute scum who deserve to die. But it's easy for us to go along with the Government's proposals when we think everyone who's going to be tortured is guilty. So let's suppose that someone (a bitter enemy/rival of yours) secretely or anonymously tells the CIA that you're in league with al Qaeda or whoever. You're liable to be tortured, based only on an accusation, not proof. In effect, you're punished before you're ever declared guilty in a court of law. Does that even resemble justice?

I believe that the natural order of life is conflict and it is this which makes us such a successful species. However this conflict must be contained if we are to continue to exist otherwise we will simply destroy humanity.

I paid her what she wanted for a small lot of her land 2 years ago, now that my children and I are living on the land she wants us to move off of it. She never wanted to put anything in writing because she said I would inherit the land anyway. So can she legally just kick us off? And what about the home that is now on the land that I'm paying a mortgage on?

Why do we strive to artificially protect "biodiversity" against the harmful effects of civilization? Environmentalists, why shouldn't natural selection decide which genes are fit for survival? Why do we want to preserve "gene pools" even though it's obvious that pandas and tigers have succumbed to the human supremacy? It's about time it clashed with other species trying to survive. Isn't it naive to suppose we can save both ourselves and our natural competitors?

Or do they just go through the ropes just to close the case? Kind of like a white car salesman looking for a quick buck?

The shopping cart got ahold of a suitcase on the top shelf. When I spoke to the corporate office, they stated that they were waiting on the medical bill. I faxed that over to them. They waited for a month, when of course my insurance footed the bill for the emergency room. Now the company does not want to pay the full bill, they only want to reimburse the deductible. I guess my problem is that they waited a month, when my insurance paid the bill from my account, so they would only have to pay my out of pocket cost. Is that legal? It just does not seem fair or ethical.

isn't it enough that men have allowed women to come out of the kitchen? i mean what more do you want, equal pay, equal jobs and equal rights on everything? men will always be better than women.

by the way, before i get my ***** cut off this is just a wind up question, i really do think we all should be equal regardless of color age or sex or religion.

on your Xmas list, and you were Santa, would you "check your list twice" to see if he were naughty or nice?

If you concluded he was nice, would you give him an arsenal of weaponry if in his letter to you, that's what he wanted for Christmas?

Would you discriminate just because he were Muslim?

And, if you had his address on your reindeer route, would you report the address to Homeland Security Committee in the US?

Thanks for your serious consideration in this ethical question.
