I know that this question has been asked a hundred times, but does anyone know if there is a possiblity of problems if an 18-19 year old has consensual sex with a 16-17 year old in Ohio with written proof of consent and nothing besides sex (AKA no drugs or pornography is involved, and the younger is allowed to be at the older one's house so it is not kidnapping or assisting runaways or anything.)

Just as a clarification, this isn't for me so I appreciate the warnings about it but I don't really need them. A friend just won't believe that it's 16, he thinks that it's adult only and I wanted to see if anyone had a definitive answer. Thanks for the thought, though. :P

You should check your local laws in Ohio.

Personally, I'm not aware of any state that has a consent law of more than 16 years, however you really need to use your head on this one. If you're going to have sex make sure that you protect yourself.

Well, if you have written consent of the parents, then I guess it's okay. That's what consent is.

Hard to imagine parents giving that in writing though.
