you must of never went to jail before its within your first 24 hours if its after the court is closed and its right as soon as you go if there is a judge

Since you obviously have access to a computer I would check the Mich. Compiled laws and Mi. Supreme Court opinions availible on the Mich. Courts website. Or call any attorney the first counseltation is usually free.

I beleive its 3 days unless your are being arrested for parole/probation then they dont have to arraign you at all.
