Or do they just go through the ropes just to close the case? Kind of like a white car salesman looking for a quick buck?

I did.

Because on the whole, black people were more honest, and willing to spend what money they did have, than white people, who seemed to think that they are privileged and should not have to pay for maintaining their own supposed innocence.

I admit that most of my kind (white lawyers) might not feel that way. Keep in mind that a lot of "white" lawyers are actually "Jewish lawyers".

It's not money by itself, or skin color by itself. Someone with a good story, who honestly wants to do the right thing, is the DREAM of every lawyer who has a right minded philosophy. THOSE are the people that let us sleep somewhat comfortably at night!

Do black lawyers give 100% effort to White Clients with low income?

Alot of lawyers, white and black, work on cases without the possibility of payment unless a legal victory is achieved. If the case is a good case, most lawyers will take it.

By the way, who do you think stands up to corporations and big power for the financially challenged? Lawyers, that's who.

Yes we give 100%. You wouldn't believe how difficult some of those cases can be. Many pro bono criminal attorneys are fresh out of law school and want to build a good reputation. These are the worst clients to have because they often lie to us and I've even done tons of work to prepare for a case and the client defaults. Also many of these clients are insane. Not on the level that would help their case, but just f/u/c/k/i/n' crazy.

I'm not sure.

Would it be the same question if BLACK lawyers gave 100% effor for WHITE clients with low income?

Sadly,.....the honest answer here is 'I doubt it'...

People can close their eyes, counter-attack all they want to, or just ignore this type of question.....but the real truth remains....money hungry lawyers of all 'colors' will take advantage of the poor if they can, and they usually do.

This question reminds me of a joke:
What's the difference between a Lawyer and a catfish?
One is a bottom-feeding scum sucker.
The other is a fish.

No lawyer will give 100% of their effort to a client with low income. The only color they respond to is green.

I think it depends on the white attorney, and their views of balck people. I believe that if the white lawyer is racist then he or she will not put 100% in their efforts to help their black clients. However if the white person is not that way, I do think they will put 100% in their efforts to help the person.

THEY DO THE SAME AS A BLACK LAWYER WOULD DO TO A WHITE CLIENT....Only difference is the white client won't biitch about it and play the race card....Unlike some people here.

The main question here is "Do LAWYERS give 100% to clients, no matter what their color is" and the answer is normally "NO"! The best thing for a low income person to do is go to a place who deals with low income families, this will get that person the best service possible...Good Luck!
