I have a long black skirt with pink pin-stripe, same style blazer and a black blouse.
What shoes should I wear?
Is it ok to wear open toe heels?

The others offer good advice and what you have sounds very applicable....depending on what your position in the court is.
If you are a defendant, you need to look innocent not like a fashion model. Keep it simple, solid color and not too black. Low heels.A dress gives a much better innocent appearance than a blazer and skirt.
If you are a witness, a skirt (not long), jacket of same color, not too bright but not black, contrasting blouse, dark tanned hose and heeled shoes. A neat hairstyle and modest jewelry and makeup.
If you are an attorney or prosecutor, dress similar to witness except keep hair pinned or clipped back, and again skirt and jacket, can wear black with black heels.
As a juror, your described outfit would be perfect. In all cases closed toes and don't wear slacks. (Jury excepted). Keep it very professional.

You should wear very conservative clothing to a court hearing. Open-toed shoes are close to the line--I'd say no. If the pink pin-stripes are not jarring, they should be okay.

Sounds reasonable... I agree with the preference for a lower, closed toe heel. It sounds conservative and low-key.

Beats wearing a pink jumpsuit and slippers ! Accessorized with fine chromed chains.

Sounds very professional. I've seen people go to court in jeans and a t-shirt! I think you'll be fine! lol (open toed shoes are ok)

Fine, but mush better to wear blue!

Never wear red! Color does make a difference in court!

where black shoes with a small heal (about 2 inches). you want to be comfortable and steady on your feet. i don't think it matter if it's open-toed, but closed toed looks more business/professional
