The constitution was written over 200 years ago by guys who did not have the foresight to see that it would last as long as it did. The government should take the rights outlined in the Constitution and update them to handle the here and now. Thomas Jefferson, the man who wrote the Constitution said that every country should invoke a revolution every once and a while just so their government realizes its role. This clearly tells me that even the fore fathers did not intend for the Constitution to be the sole governing document for this long.

The US constitution was not dynamic and was not changed to adopt to modernization and advances in technology.

the antiquated understanding and methods of execution.
Does one really have to die to become a supreme court justice.

That part about the right to bear arms has probably caused more problems than it's solved.

they should have put a cap on the number of lawyers allowed in this country.
