I live in Northern Texas. My wife and I are swingers and have just bought a home here. We have been harassed twice now by the local police. The first time was because we had our friend park in a public park after hours. When one of the guest said the he gave some money for food they lockup my wife and I up and would not give her her medication. We were not even read our rights. When we had them park on the street. The patrol officer admitted he did not care about the parties but his commanding officer told him that he and another unit had to come and ticket any car on the street that was violating the trafic law. Because we were throughing a swingers party and his officer fif not want that stuff going on. This was 11:35 pm. and only my street to a certain point. What course of action is available to me to fight this type of discrimination.

Just follow the laws. If there is any problems after that you can contact the internal affairs department, or the attorney general of your state.

And for future referance, keep a daily diary. This can be used as evidence in court. Keep all records.
Just be patient. Always speak to the police in a proper manner. Always think ahead.

My advice is just don't answer the door. They can't come in unless they have reason to believe a crime is being committed or they have a warrant. Have your friends take cabs so they are not breaking traffic laws. Most importantly say as little as possible to the police.

Your house is your castle, concenting adults can swing, as long as you are not putting up an exibition, close curtains, park your cars properly, in your drive etc, NO POLICE can come into your house.

Relax for a few days, invite the commanding officer and his wife to swing, by his neck,(JOKE) and then have your parties.

You can walk naked in the privacy of your own home, and you're not breaking any laws. The officer is the one breaking the law, not you. He is in direct violation of the privacy act. Write to you congressman

And don't listen to those two girls above me, they're just jealous you didn't invite them, or maybe they just haven't had any in quite some time

Ah...fatheads never get invited to that kind of party. ;-)

My first thought was they wanted to be invited.

Better use a limo service and legal parking next time.
