I agree, i think if they are going to have an age limit on one aspect of sex, then why not have the same age limit for everything else, sex related. Although personally I don't think it will make much difference as peope are going to do as they please anyway.

Making love is free for all ages but watching porn is prohibited by law to be watched by 18 years old and below because it is against morals and public order. The youth should be concentrating on education at a young age rather than involving in pornography which can lead to irresponsible pregnancies and sexually transmitted deseases.

it's to do with inconsistent law makers, and the laws being seperate laws too.

I would say that some porn could be re-classified to a new 16 rating but other porn is too extreme so would need to stay at 18.

you are not ever allowed to watch porn at any age. what is the difference between porn and sexually explicit? put down the XXX and pick up an x-box
