This child lies and steals from home to school. He has no remorse and does it when ever he gets the chance. He steals money, vidoes games, gum from the store, large amounts of money from us, family and friends. We have caught him with the items in his pockets and he tells us someone else put them there to get him into trouble. He has stole from our neighbors and they have pressed charges and now he has stolen again. The person he stole from wants to press charges but as a last resort.

Are teens in a subject position? Are teens often people who feel helpless and less than others? Why are teens often so retributive and hateful, and supportive of violence, war, oppression and vengeance? I know this does not reflect the position of all or even most teens perhaps, but why do we see such vulgarism, such self-disrespect in so much of the language and political ideas of teens in the United States?

Why has the United States opted to keep its death penalty (even in light of its ridiculousness in punishing suicidal terrorists), as the world is turning against the archaic and barbaric sanction? Human rights leadership now comes not from the most developed and "influential" (read "leading") country in the world, the U.S., but from the European Union. Why has the U.S. invited the scorn of enlightened, progressive, civilization-oriented elements worldwide, in the errant effort to retain premeditated killing? People don't respect the U.S. anymore. Now the U.S. has been booted off the U.N. Human Rights Council (since 2001). Why invite the distrust and disrespect of educated, enlightened people all over the world?

Would America be better off finding out if this guy is her killer before bringing him back here?

If he is not we could leave him there. Sorry to sound cruel, but Thailand is renowned the world over for not protecting their kids from predators.

I did a people search on someone in the state of Indiana. I used searchbug.com and the bankrupcies/liens search. The individual has a "state tax warrant" and we don't know what that is. Can anyone tell us?

My son is 3, and I took him to a dentist and they would not let me go back with him. Needless to say, I left and found a different dentist. Is this legal? It was just for a cleaning and checkup, and it was his first time. But they don't allow parents out of the waiting area for any reason.

I have a problem with a neighbor. They have put up a gate at the entrance to my home. There has been no survey to show whether the driveway belongs to them or me. Please help, what can I do, do I have that right to move the gate? I don't have the money to pay for a survey, but I do need a way to get into yard. My grandmother, who lives with me is very old and sick alot, I am afraid that if needed an ambulance would not be able to get into my yard to help her, if something should happen.

what would you do if this happened to you, and don't consider this a joke, cause it's not.

People have moved next to you in an apartment building, and are speaking to you nonstop either via speakers placed up against or inside the adjoining walls of two units. Thus, a constant audio procucing system is in place that broadcasts directly to you what these people want to say. You could call this auditory torture. They constantly talk to you and comment/ criticize your actions, for no reason other than extortion/ sick desires. What would you do?

The BBC reported that "A secret wiretapping scheme brought in as part of the Bush administration's war on terror is unconstitutional and must stop, a federal judge has ruled.

The programme, approved by President Bush in 2001, allows for the monitoring of millions of US citizens' phone calls abroad without the need for a warrant.

Civil liberties campaigners brought the case against the programme, which was uncovered by the US media.

The White House says the scheme is legal and is seeking an appeal.

In her 43-page ruling on the case, Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in Detroit said that the surveillance programme violated protections on free speech and privacy."

What do you think about this decision? The federal government is planning to appeal, do you think it will hold up in appellate court?

These 2 companies (they could be the same acctually) keep calling my cell phone and telling me that either a credit or debit card I have that ends in XXXX wants to reward me with a free gas card & cash. It's a total scam because they keep asking for my husband too, but by his nickname, not his legal name and the the four XXXX #s are not on any of our credit cards. I know it's a TOTAL SCAM but who and how do I report it? My caller ID gives me a phone # for one of them (who proptly hang up when I refuse to let them speak to my husband) and the other comes up on my caller ID as 0000000000. I did call my cell phone provider and they stated the cannot trace it. How do I report this?

Napalming of Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto - although there was factories in all of these cities, there was a very dense civilian population. Casualties for civilians were roughly 80,000 people for Tokyo alone. All burned to death.

Hiroshima and Nagasaki - conservatively estimates say a total of 100,000 people died. And although there were military bases here, was it still justified? Imagine attacking Los Angeles or San Diego to destroy military installations containing 5000-7000 military personnel at most.

Although we justify these attacks through Pearl Harbor, Pearl Harbor was a military target. Only 2,403 American servicemen and 68 civilians were killed.

I really don’t want to bring up Vietnam or Iraq.

We prosecute war criminals of other countries, but why don’t we hold ourselves to the standard we set? Doesn’t this damage out nation’s image?

With lethal force legislation in place now, wouldn't it just make sense to arm the population as thoroughly as possible to make sure everybody has an equal chance of survival? Kids are defenseless. I just think children under 12 might be too young to fully understand weapon ownership and maintenance though. What are your thoughts?

My uncle and I went out to Indiana and we both split all of the costs. im 25 and he's about 45 years old. We stayed at my great aunt and uncle's home. The 1st night when we were out there he decided to borrow my car to go to a friends house. It was 8pm, and he said that he would be back in 2 hours or so. He did not come back until 1230am. During the time he was gone, my great aunt was setting up beds and one was a futon. She asked me if I was taller then my uncle and I was taller so she said to take the bed while uncle mike takes the futon. I asked her if she thought if my uncle was ok with it and she said that it would be fine. When he got home at 1230am, he was pissed. He said that I disrespected him by taking the good bed. Do you think I disrespected him by doing that, or do you think what I did was ok? I did not know what category to put this in, sorry.
