They have been on the family law panel together for four years and the judge keeps letting the evidence get pushed aside. there is a three year old who is being abused in this case and I need to know if this is ethical. The child has explained in detail about the abuse, DHS has substantiated the abuse, then father had the ruling overturned on technicality. There was a letter he received three days late. Father still has access to child, child is scared to death of the man and insists that he(father) will make the mother stop loving the boy or disappear. Does anyone have suggestions?

If you do , I ask " are you an idiot "? If a child cheats in school then there is punishment and depending on the severity of the offense.. .expelled.Mike Tyson was banned from boxing because he cheated. Schools lose money and championship titles because they cheat with recruiting violations. If you are caught cheating your company out of anything then you are fired...no question. Political cheaters are too numerous to count and so I'll focus on one in piticular. G.W. Bush...a loser with a big " L " on his forehead , who didn't have the skills to run a small company ( he ruined 3 ) but had a powerful political family , cheated. A "hanging chad" in the state where his brother was in power. Anybody ever hear of a 'hanging chad'?re-elected by morons , has cheated the constitution out of it's dignity and some actually are happy. Come on folks ! His grandfather , Prescott , was a Nazi for christ sake ! Voters are perfect examples of pavlovs dog.You do as they tell you to do...pitiful !!!!!

Are my employers breaking some kind of labor laws by not allowing us a half an hour to eat lunch? Also they have us lose 4 minutes on all our breaks because it takes 2 minutes to walk to the break room from anywhere in the factory (2 minutes gone), and since they know this they ring the bell 2 minutes before break ends telling you to leave the break area and take the 2 minute walk back to our station so that at the moment the break SHOULD end we can begin working, which means in actuallity we really only get two 6 minute breaks and a 16 minute lunch! If there isn't a law against this (there should be!) I will leave the issue alone.

The penalty for not wearing your helmet is a mandatory 12 months in prison. It could almost certainly be proven that helmets save lives. Probably many many more than seat belts. Also, what is your position on seat belt laws? Do you think it's okay for the government to babysit you? You do know the government in the USA treats us like children right?

If you like this question, plz answer my other questions. I will appreciate any answers, wether I agree with them or not. Thanks.

hello i hope you can answer my question about the workplace. As a deputy manager at a major supermarket i asked a member of staff to follow a simple request. on instruction only to recieve a sarcastic comment and a refusal in a manner which was not accepatble. i then asked him to accompany me into my office to ask him without an audience why he had refused my request and why in that manner.little did i know that he was taping the conversation without my knowledge onto his mp3 player(of which is not company policy to be wearing in work hours)he then proceeded to goad me and ask me questions which had nothing to do with the situation in hand but other work matters that did not involve me.by deliberatley doing this he then took home his mp3 player and transferred the conversation onto cd, only to pass it on to my general manager.after listening to this cd and asking me if i remember saying any of the quotes he had given me this resulted in my demotion. can this cd be used as evidence ?

This is my question does a person have the right to block a driveway that has existed and been used for over 40 years, and the neighbors don't know where the property line is and refuses to have a survey? Also, they have begun constructing a fence on what I believe to be on my property. The boundary steaks have been removed from the ground by the neighbors. What can be done?

It is a no brainer. They are not protected under the Constitution. They are planning to do harm to the citizens of this country.
Who in their "right mind" would be against this?

Say 4 boys go to a building, one says lets go see what is inside. One of the other boys says he thinks its a bad idea so he stands outside while the other three go in. There is a safe inside and the others break into it. Could the boy who stayed outside and was not even on the property be charged with safecracking or would this be considered guilt by association. If neither of these apply what could he be charged with.

Drfoot asked....Who believes that man actually walked on the moon or who thinks it was one big hoax.?

For those who believe man did walk on the moon.....why has there not been a progression of other countries following. Trying to have the fastest space shuttle, proving who has the best technology etc, etc.

Personally, i think it was an hoax. The lighting, shadows, windows, movement slowdown, non gravity waving flag etc etc leaves a lot to be desired.

What do you think???

My husband's ex-wife is in the hospital and the outlook is not good that she will make it. He was told previously by the ex-wife that she had drawn up some type of will that in the case of her death, the child that they have together (10 years old) would have to go and live with her cousin. My husband was not in agreement because he wants custody of his child if this happens. The mother lives in another state and has full custody right now and basically told him there was nothing he could do about it. My husband doesn't have a visitation order but he and the ex have agreed to him visiting with her several times. The last time was this summer and the child stayed with us for two weeks. He also has frequent phone conversations with her. Is the mother's will legally binding? Is it possible to will a human being like property?
