Court records are available to the public.

This site here... is free but this is just one county

http://www.butlercountyclerk.org/pa/pa.urd/pamw6500-display

This link leads you to search the state of OHIO by many links to different counties

good luck!!

and for the people that said duh they are businesses.. and they all want money... and you will have a fee for this and that... FYI... court records are public information.

The first two responses are correct. I live in CA and even if you go to the court house, you will be charged per page for any copies you make out of a file. The file is free to view at the courthouse though. You may be able to view the case summary for free on your court's website, but it would be unusual to view whole documents without a charge, because the court after all has to be able to pay for the maintenance of the sites that provide the documents.

I work in the legal Field and I know to be able to get this you need to go to the clerk of the court in your county go to case search put in your last name and then first name and check the box to the right of your name it should say Felony, Misdemeaner, traffic court and so on. That is the easiest free way to do it. You can go to the court house in your area and ask them what the email address is. Good Luck

The sites want to charge you because they are a BUSINESS who is providing a SERVICE to YOU. Do you get paid for your job? Why should they do their job for free?

You can probably have your records mailed to you by the court for a small fee.

contact the clerk of court in the county that the records are in. if you can proove who you are, they will send you the records. it'll still probably cost you some money though.
