My husband is in prison in California, but I have moved to Arizona because of my job. Does anyone know how he can be extradited to Arizona after his release? If so, do you know the info? Please help, thank you.

Not likely, I know typically parolees are required to remain in state until their parole is up. You can get travel passes from your parole officer, but it depends on the crime that he committed, the reason for the pass, and the amount of time requested on the pass. It may be different in CA, but that's basically how it works in WI.

I have a little experience with this but you need to find out who is parole officer is and you will need to start the transfer a couple of months or more before he gets out. My son got his parole transferred from Texas to Oklahoma but it took awhile. He just has to have a person in the new state to sign for him and the parole officer in the new state will have to accept him. Some of it may depend on what he was in for. Usually the state he is leaving dont' have a problem with the transfer, its the state he is going into who looks at what he was in jail for. Go to the parole officer now to get it started. Good luck

He can ask his parole officer for approval to move to AZ. Depending on the severity of his crime, he can have his parole moved to an AZ officer or just make check-in calls to his CA parole officer.

as quickly as the alternative is made, or granted I would desire to declare, it is going to easily be a remember of days/weeks before the small print/circulate is complete. it is set with the aid of how diligent his parole officer is working on it, and if the different state will settle for the circulate in the 1st place. it is an argument of pink tape on the two components and you comprehend how which would be.

He has to have permission from his parole board and they normally would find no reason not to, particularly if he will have a job and his family is there.

Why is he in prison? If he is there for any violent crimes AND YOU HAVE CHILDREN, think twice before crawling back in bed with him.
