I want to have a site that has reviews on movies. Is there any copyright infringement I could be getting into. The information I'll show about the movie is the title, actors, directors, duration and movie picture. Reviews will be favorable or not depending on the movie of course.

as long as you give the due credits to all the major people involved namely,

lead actors, director, cameraman, music, screenplay, production house, distributor etc. you may maintain a site.

Only content is copyright protected. You can report anything about it you want without worry. If you are going to use any of the content: say clips or stills, you MAY have a problem. The "fair use" doctrine allows reviewers to use brief quotes, photos & brief clips to illustrate points made in a review. Reputable reviewers can usually get these items from the studios/publishers themselves for use in their reviews, which is a pretty good indication of consent to use.

What you propose is certainly protected by the First Amendment-based doctrine of fair use, which has specific exemptions for news reporting about otherwise protected works. You would even be permitted to go somewhat farther than merely reporting data about films, as long as you're not providing direct links to their sites, taking too much material, or giving the impression that you're somehow associated with the filmmakers.

Copyright laws prevent you from copying (distributing, posting, etc.) the content of films. Even trailers or still-frame promotional photos, if you are not licensed to show them.

If all you are doing is recording the information about the film, that's generally safe. Unless you're copying that list of information from someone else who has compiled it....
