A teacher at the school my child (age 11) attends has grabbed my child by the front of his shirt with both hands, lifted him completely off of the ground and then slammed him with major force into his seat. This teacher has admitted his wrong, however the school district has done nothing. Through some investigation of my own I have found out about at least 2 other students that this teacher has assualted as well, with nothing done by the district. I, along with other parents place our children in the hands of teachers on a daily basis, they should be protected and not afraid to go to school.

What is law? Is it sacred and to be honored by honorable men or is it a weapon to be used by vile and debased men to rule over man as their slaves. Where is the man that honors the law and upholds the justice that law was meant to bring? What has happened to the honor of America? Is the blindfold to show impartiality toward everyone no mater there appearance or is it to keep from seeing the injustice of todays man? Oh honorable men! Where are you?

For example, if I talked to a golfcourse caretaker about buying my product and he talked the golf course superintendent into buying it, would it be legal for me to give the caretaker a kickback or rebate in return for getting the superintendent to buy it? I'm in South Carolina by the way.

It was too long a question, but if a person walked into an emergency room, presented everything legally needed to identify himself as a donor of every usable organ, and pulled out a gun and killed himself with a shot to the head, could his organs legally be used in transplants?

Don't worry...I'm not suicidal, but I occasionally watch House and see ethical dilemmas posed.

Apart from the scare mongering shout that tobacco smokes contains formaldehyde and cyanide?
I know it not scare mongering as such but why oh why do tobacco companies have immunity from having to declare their ingredients on the packaging??? Come to think of it neither do brewers have to declare what is in their beer.
I've asked this question before and not got a half decent answer. So i'm trying again. Maybe second time lucky?

Everytime this person comes to town, they stop by my house or call from their cell out front wanting to see me. It has been three years since I said to leave me alone! She used to always start arguments and rumors about me, so I stopped liking her. Now, she sends cards, leaves messages, and "drops by", always saying how special I am to her. It is seriously annoying. The thing is I hate to yell and fight or make a big scene, I just want it to stop.

My Grandmother has Alzheimer's. She lives in an assisted living facility in Florida. I am her legal personal guardian and my mother is her legal financial guardian. We have split guardianship.

My mother is one of the most money hungry people that I have ever known. On my Grandmother's birthday, she took my Grandmother's wedding rings from her. My mother's excuse for doing this was "I don't wear my rings, so I told Mom that I would take her's and put them in a safe deposit box". These are not family heirloom rings. They were given to my Grandmother by her third husband. My mother did not even know him. They are not even that expensive, but as I said, my mother is very money hungry.

My grandmother is very distressed about her rings being gone. I really want to see them back on her finger. It is the weekend and my lawyer is not available. I hope someone here can tell me if this is a personal or a financial guardian issue.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a building ,, and I am now in the preparation stage of converting it into a childcare center.... my problem is that the business owner next door { who owns a used furniture store }
puts almost all of his stores contents onto the side walk daily.

this junk is there rain or shine. and sometime overnight.,

I have complained to the alderman, who says that he has spoken to the owner, and given him several citations,with no results. he claims that the owner has been in this violation for years ,, but no one has complained before.

while driving past our properties , just moments ago I noticed that he has painted the window and door trim on his front a horrible < screaming > lime green, HE HAS ALSO PAINTED THE CITY LIGHT POLE IN FRONT OF OUR PROPERTY THE SAME , TO MATCH HIS WINDOWS.......

the alderman may not want to deal with this problem,, so I need to know what department { in city hall } does this situation relate to .
