I need info on bankruptcy.....?

Can you file bankruptcy on leagal fines or child support?

You cannot receive a discharge of legal fines and child support. You can pay back arrearages over time in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Depends on the kind of legal debt. Chapter 7 probably not, partial or full in chapter 13. For child support no way under any circumstances. You probably should see an attorney or legal aid society.
