there is no federal law that allows minorities special consideration. there is however a law that prohibits discrimination based on ethnicity but i am guessing you are to stupid to know what discrimination and ethnicity mean.

This pisses me off to no end, big "WHY"?? How about a driver's licensees?? Now that scares me they do not English but they are driving. WHY?????
