Everytime this person comes to town, they stop by my house or call from their cell out front wanting to see me. It has been three years since I said to leave me alone! She used to always start arguments and rumors about me, so I stopped liking her. Now, she sends cards, leaves messages, and "drops by", always saying how special I am to her. It is seriously annoying. The thing is I hate to yell and fight or make a big scene, I just want it to stop.

it is a crime under the constitution of any country and that kind of crime is harassment.

It's a free country, change your phone number and send all letters back to sender. She will eventually get the point
