I need advise on my case here... I have done tons of research... and once again I am stuck.
I have pressed charged against my father. He has a warrant issued for his arrest... charges: 2 counts of Forcible Rape and 2 counts of Forcible Sodomy.
It has been close to 9 months since I have reported it and done the statement. The sherriffs department has lost my statement 2 times. And I have been pushing til they found it... 4 months into it. They finally decide to investigate... They did not know where his whereabouts was... which is odd. hes in trouble all the time. So I investigated... and gave them the address and directions. When they went to ask questions concerning these serious allegations... they arrested him for possession of an illegal substance. Now that time has passed several months later... and a warrant issued for my case. He is nowhere to be found. ? is When he was arrested for the drugs... and asked about my allegations, could they have made him stay within bounaries?

I must admit, I'm a fan of the TV series Bad Lads Army but its such a good idea. It would only work for those criminals who's crimes are just public nuisance. I was in the Army Cadets and even I knew not to muck about. Most of them on the show join the Army and I think some of them may still be serving which is alot better than getting released after serving half a sentence then re-offending. I can spot a few problems like where these camps would be, some locals might not like it as it wouldn't be as secure as a jail. Human rights have went too far now, its about time we treated criminals like they treat their own freedom.

The guy at the store sais that I could use any mouse with my PC. Well, I just shoved my pet mouse Mr. Squeaks' tail into my USB port and the electric shock killed it!!!! I want to sue the store for 80 million dollars because that's what that mouse was worth in my heart. Will I even need a lawyer for such an open-and-shut case?

My postman left a package on my doorstep while we weren't home. We returned late that night. Got our mail out of the mailbox, and to one of the envelopes was attached a note saying that the package was on the doorstep. NOT THERE, and hasn't been seen since. I know it's a federal felony if someone messes with your mailbox/mail, but what about my situation? I'm really hoping it is--lol!

I've always wondered why, if you gotten an annulment, your husband is your ex, like when you get divorced. If the marriage wasn't consummated and was a farce, a la Kenny Chesney and Renee Zellweger, why are you considered exes? Anyone in law like family/divorce law can clarify it for me, please?

I heard some where that someone is serving nine life sentences in prison...anyone know what that means? Wouldn't a simple life do the job? What does it mean to have more than one life sentence?

What type of lawyer would specialize in this situation? Am I obligated to pay the subs even though I already paid the main contractor? Seems like the subs should only be able to go after the main. Would a lien affect my credit rating?
