The guy at the store sais that I could use any mouse with my PC. Well, I just shoved my pet mouse Mr. Squeaks' tail into my USB port and the electric shock killed it!!!! I want to sue the store for 80 million dollars because that's what that mouse was worth in my heart. Will I even need a lawyer for such an open-and-shut case?

You have no case at all. You used the wrong port. You should have used the cheese shaped port.
