Should it? Yes, it should.
Should Americans be more involved in politics to compel the legislature to create policy to provide health services within our borders equal to or better than the service Canada provides to its citizens and a growing number of US citizens?

i do not get into faith purely because it truly is a political device that works ok. i don't like flags being burned and that i imagine that one and each and absolutely everyone should be able of be dealt with via docs. even if, there do exist some parts of Socialized medicine interior the U. S.. a minimum of interior the great cities, there are. some hospitals that take care of people for litttle or not something, to boot as a number of clinics that take care of those that could want to go away a donation at their discretion. I genuinely have health coverage and that i nevertheless pay an arm and leg if i want EMS or now and again docs tests. i imagine i for my area payed a lot less earlier I had it, even if the up part is that I should not be in touch so extraordinarily if I ever want surgical treatment. i'm hoping I received't. I SEE YOUR question HAS BLOWN A FUSE

Definately! The way it is now, if you are a "minority" and break the law, you are rewarded for it with free everything you can think of....
However, if you work all your life, pay taxes, promote your skill to the community, turn 65, and decide to retire--- then you have a heart attack, your found uneligible for medical care, and the government comes after you along with 300,000 collection agencies and takes your car, your house, all the assets you've worked your entire life to own...
Likewise, I'm 25.. I can't work legally, can't gain any benefits, and due to sensitive information, I'm not allowed to vote either.
Nor am I allowed any care what-so-ever besides that of the veterans affairs. My convoy was ambushed by numerous small arms fire and IED's, and my truck was targeted by an RPG... I was saved fortunately, however now a days, I can't even draw unemployment legally until my claims are completed-- which it's been nearly 3 and 1/2 years since....
But you know what? If I was an illegal, I'd be granted anything and everything!
And even if I wasn't... I'd scream RACISM!!! and... EQUAL OPPORTUNITY!!!!
Notice how we have the money to go to war with every country on the planet, yet we can't even help our own citizens... Hmm....... yeah...
............................................. This country has been raped...and is in the process of being murdered!!

If medical care in Canada is so great why do they keep coming to USA for care. It is because it takes forever to see a Dr. in Canada. Those 50 million could see a doc. they did have insurance these are not the same things. Comparing flag burning to the uninsured is like comparing apples and oranges these are just not in the same category.

Excellent question. But its not a question of ability, amigo.
The U.S. IS able to provide basic health care to all citizens--and its in our collective best interests because a large percentage of the system is weighed down by people who live unhealthy lives and have to get frequent medical care instead of work for a living.
The issue is whether or not we have the political will to pay for preventative health care as opposed to catastrophic care.
That would cost a lot and Congress doesn't have the will to make it happen.

What we need to do is look after all americans & treat them equally( democracy )and we should do this by cutting a small portion of the defence annual budget, which might in return help americans not others.

I could give a crap less about flag burning, it's a SYMBOL. Now if they burned the original by Betsy Ross I'd get worked up.

40 of the 50 million people who can't see a doctor are more concerned about flag burning. When will those hicks realize they should just stay in their trailors on election day and let the democrats run things.
