From the 5th week to the 12th week, legally anyways. After 24 weeks, the fetus is considered a "person" in the legal sense.

You can have your view on the practice of abortion. I have my view, but I still think it should be left legal. If you make it illegal, you are not going to stop it. All that will happen is that anyone can do one, and more will die due to deregulation because it is illegal. Do you honestly think THAT is the answer?

Everyone has the right to their viewpoint on abortion. No one is forcing anyone to have one. I think the decision belongs to two people - and only two people - on the face of the earth. They are the female and male in the situation. Of course, I also think it should be there for the cases of rape and incest. I don't think anyone should be forced to carry and have a baby. That is ultimately the argument - if anyone has the right to force someone else to be pregnant.

Your question lumps everything in a black and white stance, which does not leave room for discussion. I believe in an a America where certain decisions are a private matter, and something like this qualifies.

Abortion has been around a lot longer than 1973. Ask any anthropologist.

So the question is that it is better that children who are not capable of being mothers at 12, 13, even as old as 15 should have these children. Not be able to properly take care of them, or feed them, or raise them. THen when these children grow up and commit a crime, we kill them then?

"When Liberals Ruled the USA and Corrupted the US Supreme Court". It was Liberals who called US soldiers 'baby killers' while they supported abortion.... they have a very strange way of looking at life. Their reasons for a lot of what they do or so they say is: "for the children", yeah right, I guess they commit abortion "for the children"..... What I cannot fathom is how a person can be "for the children", yet "kill the children"...... twisted logic is all I see in their reasoning.
