With lethal force legislation in place now, wouldn't it just make sense to arm the population as thoroughly as possible to make sure everybody has an equal chance of survival? Kids are defenseless. I just think children under 12 might be too young to fully understand weapon ownership and maintenance though. What are your thoughts?

personally i agree. I would just love to see kids carrying around handguns. I mean wouldnt it be wonderful. The crime rate would go down so much. And they would in no way use it for bad things.

Ah no.
Children lack the judgement to differentiate between moral/immoral etc.
Although for a kid it would be fun as hell.
I'm all for arming the population, but kids are still the responsibility of the parents.

I don't think anyone under 25 should be allowed to own guns, certainly not a 12 year old. A 12 year old has no idea how dangerous a gun can be. I don't think most 21 years olds know how dangerous a gun can be.

do no longer purchase a cheep Saturday nite particular--you like the gun to artwork in case you like it. pass with a 38 or a 40 high quality with fragmenting bullets. in case you plan on taking it out of your abode, get a CWP obtainable on the Sheriffs branch.

Everybody with money should be able to purchase handguns. They just should not be allowed to purchase nor possess ammunition.

for one their brain is not fully developed yet ( not till the late 20's)
