Employee 1 who started in April 2006 (and is on a six month probationary period) was involved in an accident in a company vehicle by employee 2in yet another company vehicle.

Employee 2 was at fault as he reversed into Employee 1. Employee 1 went home complaining of a headache after the accident, went to the hospital and was diagnosed with whiplash, and consequently he put in a claim on a no win no fee basis.

He has now been on sick (with a doctors note) for approx 6 weeks and says he has been referred to the Muscular skeletal department at his local hospital. His boss doesn't know when or if he will return.

Can he be dismissed on these grounds?

What would happen if a siamese twin (who has not been separated from his twin) committed a crime that his twin could not stop him from committing? How would he be punished?

I mean, let's say one of the twins shot someone and that the other twin couldn't have done anything to stop him. Is there any way the murderer can be punished? They can hardly send the innocent twin to jail, can they?

Has some case like this ever come up? What do you think the judical system would do in such a case?

D is a black woman who is onsite manager, that has Lupos
R is her spoiled 22 year old son, thug want to be who protrays to be cool and slow.
B is R's girlfriend, who is a thug, in every aspect of the word
B moved in next door 2 wks after I did. Children were undisciplined(walking into people home, getting lost, being in the snow with just a diaper, and being left alone for hours at a time)
We didn't like each other. We both dislike the kind of person we see in each other. We are what the other is not.
R & B harassed me since day one, it's been nine months now. From hanging on the stairs with thugs(not letting my family pass), throwing fireworks into my 5 year old bedroom window, slashing my tires, degrading me loud enough for me and everyone to hear, to calling me a slut cause I had gentleman spend the night, to demise my character by brain washing everyone that I'm on drugs when I clean(please I'm in College with two children), to making almmost everyone snicker and snide when

Okay, what I mean by Corporate facism (as facism it is very debated, with many diverse ideas of what it even is) is more of a Corporatism. In our current system we have these people who represent other people "lobbyist" attempting to gain favor in legislation or otherwise from our leaders. This unequal access (interest groups vs "We the people") can create a controlled legislative process. This control could (does (or so it seems)) direct benefits of legislative process to those with the deepest pockets. This creates in a sense a government that places a greater interest in somthing other then the citizens of a nation. What laws prohibit this from happening?

Ok, I know that their are some bad lawyers that will do anything for money but my question is in regards to public DAs, when a guy is clearly wrong and did sometimes horrendours things, how do you do your job to not just defend him but to help him get a lower sentence? And how do you do that day after day?

I read somewhere that you dont need to go to law school to take the bar in Virginia and a couple other states, Is that true?
Also if I went to Virginia, took the Bar, and passed, could I take the bar in another state to practice law? Or would Virginia be the only state I could practice in?

I mean seriously, there are so many laws that a normal person (this does not include coragryph) could not possibly keep abreast of. There are so many laws that it is near to impossible not to break at least one in a day...usually because you are not aware of it. There is presently in motion a disease called legalism. Every law seems to further restrict and control each and every action a person makes on a normal, everyday basis. I understand the need for laws, without them there would be chaos, anarchy and such.
Why not more deregulation? What is so wrong with freedom that makes good people want to control the actions of others? Why has a good idea (freedom) become such a great pain to maintain?

Why should we limit how the war is fought when it is apparent our foe is using it to their advantage? We ARE fighting with our hands behind our back. We as Americans should hold ourselves to a very high standard. However we should not allow a blatantly abused ANTIQUATED Geneva Convention to continue to allow the enemy an upper hand. Non tradition means and tactics must be utilized to fight a non traditional "war" and enemy.
Nowhere have I ever proposed unethical behavior and there is much good to many parts of the Geneva convention.
Yes I have had the Geneva Convention shoved down my throat, I have seen first hand not only how the enemy uses it to their advantage but also how severed limbs and crushed chests look while I attempt to stabalize them. I have been there done that as a Medic. We are at a point where soldiers are given rules of engagment then told not to defend themselves until given permission. The real world says that we need new rules to fight a new enemy.
