Okay, what I mean by Corporate facism (as facism it is very debated, with many diverse ideas of what it even is) is more of a Corporatism. In our current system we have these people who represent other people "lobbyist" attempting to gain favor in legislation or otherwise from our leaders. This unequal access (interest groups vs "We the people") can create a controlled legislative process. This control could (does (or so it seems)) direct benefits of legislative process to those with the deepest pockets. This creates in a sense a government that places a greater interest in somthing other then the citizens of a nation. What laws prohibit this from happening?

I don't want to sound like an ignorant, raving, unsupported-by-fact liberal....but....

of course not!

btw...if i was misleading in the way i described liberals - i am one. so i do like them. they just tend to say things like what i just said without having facts to back it up. like what i just did.

The Corporation Law allows this corporate fascism making those closed to politicians feasting on rich business ventures. The law should be amended to prohibit people associated with politicians barred from juicy businesses.

Some may attempt to eliminate Corporate Fascism, but none actually do. Especially when a corporation is treated like a person, with the same rights.

Not sure if there are any laws that are set to limit them, but if they exist, there sure aren't any teeth in them. So as an answer to your yes or no question, I give a resounding NOPE!
