I am not talking about made up T V or small claims courts scripts. I am speaking of actual cases from start to finish. The show would reveal how our legal system works both good and bad.

This is no joke. They can, they are. And nobody thinks it is significant or are unable to see that it is happening.

Seriously, if we had a squad for lack of a better word that went around and targeted the really bad criminals and just took them out....gang bangers, rapist, child molesters, murders etc. The punishment for others like robbers would be to take all they possesed, for physical abusers like wife beaters...beat them up and so on and so forth...don't you feel this would cut down significantly on crime? Just a thought....

Will war world III be for the Zionist Jews like WW II?
Israel want to keep land that was never part of Israel and to do so Israel will do anything : war on Iraq, war on Iran, war on Lebanon, 9/11 and war on Afghanistan and small world war called war on terrorism all these wars are for the Israeli lobby in the USA.
The Israeli government prayed for the attack on Iraq, which has eliminated the strategic threat posed by Iraq. America was pushed into the war by a group of Neo-Conservatives, almost all of them Jews, who had a huge influence on the White House. In the past, some of them had acted as advisers to Binyamin Netanyahuwww.nowarforisrael.co... time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell you something very clear: Don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it." -- Ariel Sharon to Shimon Peres, October 3rd, 2001, as reported on Kol Yisrael

I would like to know how I would go about changing the way child support is calculated. I would like "ability" to be a factor along with the dissomaster findings. I would like this to become California law. Where would I start?

Ok. I have a sister in law that is about to put her phone bill in her sons name. Asside from the apparrant poor choice is this illegal for her? I cannot believe she would do this and hope there is something I can find to urge her not to do this... it is just plain wrong.

Oh by the way her son is only nine years old.

I looked at my bank account today and saw that 1500 was taken out. When I called the bank they told me that this was a attachment to my bank account is where they freeze and try to take the money from your savings or checking account. This was from a credit card that went into collections. I never received any information from the collection agency or a lawyer that this would be happening. Furthermore, I just got my credit reports printed out and neither of them indicate that there was a judgment ruled against me.

I called the law office who got this judgment to go through and they said the money wasn't withdrawn from my bank account its just put on hold.

What legal options so I have to get this garnishment released considering I was never notified about it and it was never on my credit report. I am in the process of adopting a child and was told that if I file as head of household (which I do) and can show I'm responsible for a child (which I will be in November when the child is here permanently) that they cant garnish my wages. I live in Pennsylvania. Thanks for ur help!

The woman above us is always blaring her t.v. or stereo and comes and goes all hours of the night, banging up and down the stairs. Is there a time at night that the law requires you to shut the music off and give others the "right to quiet enjoyment" or simply, the right to go to sleep!?

Pedophile-hunting cops go to kids' chat rooms and engage in the same chat as pedophiles, even providing sexually provocative photos and suggestions. They must engage in these interactions with kids a lot more frequently than with pedophiles. How are they different from pedophiles online?

Person committed petty theft and the items were valued at $95. The guy doesn't have money for an attorney, and is worried about losing his job(s) because he keeps calling off due to these legal matters, as well as he can go to jail. His official court date in September, after he starts school, but he is allowed to go any mon-fri between 8-9, prior to 9/11. He plans to go Wed 8/23. He is guilty of the crime and expresses sincere remorse and needs advice. Personally, I don't know what to tell him. He's not a bad guy and has no prior criminal record, I'm just worried about him possibly representing himself and ending up in jail. Problem is that even though he's a great person and all, the judge doesn't know that, and will only be considering what he's done. (Which is, shoplifting a few movies...and lying to the store about why...but he plans to come clean in court, whatever the outcome)

I came here for honest advice, not bashing of any kind, so only reply if you're helping out.

My 12 year old nephew broke his arm in PE class. It was the last lesson of the day. The PE teacher didn't take my nephew to hospital because he thought there was nothing wrong with his arm and "he had a lot of marking to do" (I'm deadly serious). My nephew had to travel four miles home by bus (changing buses) on his own and his parents took him to hospital that evening. I'm usually against this sue/compensation culture but on this occasion I've changed my mind. What do you think?
