Sounds like overdose.
Read the label.

And I'm sorry. Terrible tragedy.

You can't sue a pill. All aspirin labels contain warnings about using aspirin. People who don't read labels are guilty of negligence.

If she had a particular reaction that was not warned of or not known in medicine, it might be possible to sue the company that made the aspirin she took, but you clearly would have a problem proving they should have known about that risk.

Stop scheming to get rich quick off your sister's death. It does her no honor.

no, because the bottles on asprin all have warnings on them, dosage information, and anything else that can help them prevent death.

The company did all they could to inform the user.

no...it would just be added to the list of ridiculous lawsuits. Asprin can't kill you unless you take tons. There is just not enough information to help your case.

DEPENDING ON HER AGE......
*IF MINOR- PARENTS RESPONCIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

*IF SHE OLDER- SHOULD HAVE READ LABLE???-

*IF ELDERLY- SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN BOTTLE W/ LARGER LETTERS...............

THAT'S THEIR,
OR WILL BE THEIR ARGUMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOOD-LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
