allow the joint task force to remove covert surveillance placed on my land without a warrant or court order??

my brother said that anything on my land was mine to keep. i was kind enough to let them have it back. the reason i believe it was setup here is my stepbrother is dealing drugs and uses my address when he gets into trouble. yes-- it was not right to set this up on my land but i really dont care if they watch me. its the thermal imagers and lasers that bother me tho

Yes, that was fine. You could allow me to remove things from your property if you wanted to. You could open up your land to the homeless population of New York City and let them take whatever they want... if you wanted to.

(Unless of course you are in charge of the joint task force... that might complicate things.)

You've done nothing wrong, but it's possible that you've been wronged. The real question seems to be: did you have to let them or could you have resisted? Is that what you meant to ask?
