Yes. These are two separate issues. You still owe the rent money to the landlord. Accepting the unpaid rent that lead to the eviction does not quash the writ of eviction.

It's up to the landlord if they want to allow you to stay but if you have been late repeatedly that isn't likely.

yes in most case's -- once the writ has been served it's up too the land lord to decide if he wants too proceed -- he can still legally take the money for the amount owed.
sometimes though if you talk to the land lord and assure him that it wont happen again they can be pretty forgiving --- sometimes....

It depends on your state's law and on what the judge has ordered. You might ask a local tenants' or homelessness charity -- they would know.
