i just saw a documentary that demonstrated that the government have no legal right to demand income tax ,this is something like day light robbery

There's an article in the constitution that says that the government can't make anyone pay to live in the country, this article was later amended to allow for the collection of taxes.

16th Amendment: " The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration." Proposed 1909, Ratified 1913.
Pretty straight forward. Then there's all of Title 26 of the US Code.

Yes, in fact there is. The federal government passed a law in 1913 to tax individual wages. "Give to Caesar that which is Caesar's and give to God that which is God's." (Jesus said that in the Gospels, referring to taxation.)

not really but try ignoring the income tax and you will go to jail. the 16th amendment if I am not mistaken was never ratified by 2/3rds of the states
