D is a black woman who is onsite manager, that has Lupos
R is her spoiled 22 year old son, thug want to be who protrays to be cool and slow.
B is R's girlfriend, who is a thug, in every aspect of the word
B moved in next door 2 wks after I did. Children were undisciplined(walking into people home, getting lost, being in the snow with just a diaper, and being left alone for hours at a time)
We didn't like each other. We both dislike the kind of person we see in each other. We are what the other is not.
R & B harassed me since day one, it's been nine months now. From hanging on the stairs with thugs(not letting my family pass), throwing fireworks into my 5 year old bedroom window, slashing my tires, degrading me loud enough for me and everyone to hear, to calling me a slut cause I had gentleman spend the night, to demise my character by brain washing everyone that I'm on drugs when I clean(please I'm in College with two children), to making almmost everyone snicker and snide when

I'm outdoors. My children and I are having brain trauma. We hear voices. Move you say, from another state no family here. Where do I go? And why should I have to move? Why does it take so many people to harass me?

If you saw a child in the snow with nothing on but a diaper, you should be arrested for not reporting it.

Why shouldn't you move? You are unhappy. This could not be good for your kids. Sounds like your high and mighty attitude could be a major part of the problem here. They probably feel harassed by you.

You should move. But, you are stubborn and want to punish the other people, so, go ahead and live there and teach your kids what life is all about. Enjoy your unhappiness and martyrdom.

I feel for you because the same thing happened to me. Only I was helped out by the fact that their landlord sold the house they were living in. That would be ideal for you is if they would move.

Since that isn't likely to happen the best thing I can suggest is that each time they harass you, call the cops. Cops have better things to do then come out and tell a bunch of jackasses to chill out and leave you alone. Make them reliable for their actions by pressing charges when they slash your tires and most of all turn a deaf ear on them.

If what they say bothers you then it will show in your actions and they will continue because that is what people like this do. So ignore them!! Unless they do something like slash your tire or stand in your way when you are trying to get to your home. Then they are violating you and you should call the cops. The cops will tell them that they are sick of being called out because of them and the next time someone will be arrested.

I wish you luck. Hopefully they move or get struck by lightening. Just because you are each different does not give any one the right to harass you.

When we give a situation attention we also give it a life. Misery loves company. Dont worry about others and dont respond to it. They will get bored and find a new victim. Sounds like you should call the cops. Other than that, ignore them. You are making a life for your family.....that is all that matters. Thinking about these people is just a waste of your time. Best wishes!

I think you need to get the police to deal with this one. If you can prove that harrassment is continual (keep a diary) then the police will first speak to these people. If that does not improve things, the police should be able to get some sort of ASBO or harrassment order.

Sounds as if you should involve the police. It also sounds as if you should move.

You forgot to tell us why you are still living there. The answer to that is the answer to your problem.
