I was just notified by a woman I dated a little over a year ago that contacted me when she was 4 1/2 months pregnant to tell me so. She stated she wanted nothing from me but always wanted a child. She is 35 and stated when we were together that she couldn't have children and wanted to adopt. She has now notified me (baby is 4 months old) to tell me she wants support. I have a 5 year old son that I pay $170 a week for since his mother doesn't work and I live with my fiance and her two children. I make about 65K a year as does my fiance'. My question is this 1. Besides taking a DNA will my child support be $170 for one and an additional $170 for the other or does my fiance (soon to be wife offset the formula since she will eventually be a dependant and effect what they call the cost of living) or not considered?. I appreciate an advice or something to soothe me.. I don't know if a attorney is necessary with this matter or if it is about formula and I feel taken advantage of by this woman and worry that my current fiance and her children will now suffer due to this situation. What is included in the formal to insure we don't end up homeless because an old date deceived me very badly. Thanks in advance.. Losing sleep . The lady has not filed yet and paternity will be completed first. However, it is the next step that worries me plus her uncle is handling and he is an attorney or is requesting I complete a CSI form now or when he does file with the courts I will pay his fees. Can he do that?

I think the advancment of hate towards american Muslims has grown a whole lot. But i can only think of one explanation for this, the generalisation of the actions of few terrorists on the entire muslim population. As many claim that Islam is hated because it is built on murder and hate of other religions and races, as a result I studied the religeon of Islam through the Muslim holy book, which is called the Quran, only to find that there is nothing there about killing or hate towards other civilisations and religeons, which has now lead me to believe that those who are hating Islam and its followers are complete bigots and base their opinions on ignorance alone. So then, is it pure racism towards them? Are they hated simpley becuase those who hate them want to hate them? I am not living in america, so i would be interested in knowing an answer for this question.

I heard on the news today that the legislature must make a decision in the next few days to pass or kill this bill that would become law.
The penalties for driving and using a cell phone at the same time are $10 for the first offense and $20 for each additional violation.
It doesnt even add a point to the persons driving record.

This bill is so watered down in that the penalties are too weak and nobody will change their habits.
There is nothing that says that the ear piece has to be in the right ear instead of the left. In years past, it was forbidden to wear ear pieces in the left ear since that was the ear closest to the window. The theory was that it would be easier to hear car horns and emergency sirens.

People will still pick up the phone to dial phone numbers even if they are wearing a handsfree device.
People will still pick up the phone to answer an incoming phone call.
This is such a weak bill that it is a waste of time.

What do you think?

I work for a large multinational oilfield service company and I regularly steal tools, stationary and cleaning materials. I stole the computer I'm typing this on. I even fiddle my timesheets in a mass clocking-in scam with several other people.

I feel bad about this - although I feel I may just be worried about getting caught. Is it wrong? the wages are poor and my boss is a d***. I'm so conflicted. I'm leaving soon anyway, should I go for one last big job? I really feel the need to own a large curved desk and a "managers" chair...

WASHINGTON — Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld accused critics of the Bush administration's policies on Iraq and terrorism Tuesday of suffering from "moral or intellectual confusion about what is right or wrong."

Considering that over 54% of americans disagree on how Iraq is being handled isn't this statement ridiculous and completely false?
Who else feels that he was completely out of line making this statement?

a sworn Affidavit of Document's in support
of the contents of my Insurer's accident
benefits file ? These documents are presented
in defence of denying a MVA claim. They clearly
identify someone else and not the claimant ?
Is this just an oops we made a clerical

Many people believe that the current trend of global warming is a natural cycle, albeit accelerated by mankind's use of fossil fuels, etc, and they have scientific evidence to support this. However, there is another camp that believes that mankind is the cause of this rapid (geologically speaking) warming of Earth's climate and that irreparable damage is being done to the biosphere which threatens most life on the planet. These people also cite scientific evidence in support of their hypothesis. Unfortunately this argument has become a political debate wtih many conservatives and liberals taking up arms for the first and second proposals, respectively. When the U.S. invaded Iraq to combat terrorism in 2003 it did so under what have been discovered to be false pretenses. However no one would disagree that dethroning Saddam was a bad thing. Would it not then be illogical to launch a preemptive strike on global warming? No one will die in that effort.

Or does it constitute abuse of a corpse?

I know someone who has stated that this would be his final wish.

He is permitted by the state of Indiana to burn large (controlled) fires on his own land, but he is also an Ohio resident, if this may affect the issue.

If there is a way for this to be legal, how would he go about it fixing it into his will? I will pass the answers onto him, because he hasn't seemed to concern himself yet with the legalities of such an.. undertaking..

Thanks.

I posted this question here:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AgSp16UHihuFLWQuzggRlAnsy6IX?qid=20060830220823AALPbAr

and one of the replies I got was from Andy, a level 5 answerer and this is what he said:

"Look. We're at war. When you dissent from the President -- from your leader, your Great Leader, your Beloved and Respected Leader -- during war, you are committing TREASON.

Misakes, if indeed there are any in Iraq, which I sincerely doubt -- Bush has done something at least to acquire new reserves of oil for the USA over there; nobody else had any bright ideas on that -- are besides the point.

The real war is against immorality and Godlessness. George W. Bush is the personal representative of Jesus in America. Who else has taken a stand on the really important issues of the day, issues that concern your soul and mine, and those of 300 million Americans, legal and illegal: abortion, flag burning, school prayer, the pledge of allegiance, crime
