No. Some of the city council have talked about it but nothing has been done. Honestly, they have more important issues to address.
I agree, however, that many people on cell phones while driving are an accident waiting to happen. This problem is not racial, sexist or religious. It seem when people are driving and the cell phone goes on, the brain and logic go off.

Call the police department and ask them. Every state is different. I live in Colorado and it's against the law to be driving and talking on a cell phone. Here it's a $35.00 ticket and 1 point off your license.But if I'm in my car, pulled over and not driving then I'm ok.

no, but to have your music to loud while in a parking lot is,..the cell phone thing is also illegal in Calli.
