I think the advancment of hate towards american Muslims has grown a whole lot. But i can only think of one explanation for this, the generalisation of the actions of few terrorists on the entire muslim population. As many claim that Islam is hated because it is built on murder and hate of other religions and races, as a result I studied the religeon of Islam through the Muslim holy book, which is called the Quran, only to find that there is nothing there about killing or hate towards other civilisations and religeons, which has now lead me to believe that those who are hating Islam and its followers are complete bigots and base their opinions on ignorance alone. So then, is it pure racism towards them? Are they hated simpley becuase those who hate them want to hate them? I am not living in america, so i would be interested in knowing an answer for this question.

Who exactly is doing this?
Do you see local Muslims doing this when they go to the mosque?
Do you think that all 1.4billion Muslims do what you say they do? Or are you generalising the actions of few on an entire group?

The problem is that we need more Muslims out there speaking out against the violence and terrorism. The silence leads us to believe that all Muslims hate Non-Muslims and are looking to wipe us off the face of the Earth. There are good and bad in many people.

Many Non-Muslims, especially Americans wonder why we are hated.

We do not hate Muslims.

We hate terrorists.

There are terrorists that are using Islam as an excuse to commit terrorist acts.

We find that some idiots in this country are playing "follow the leader" and agreeing with the terrorist because they are Muslim, and not because of their ideology. These people are idiots and also hated.

How many Mosques have been destroyed in this country due to hate? Answer = Zero.

Americans feel free to voice their opinions. They do not act on them or hate the way that some in other countries would do if they could.

i think muslims are hated by the people who dont know what theyre on about. i mean lets face it. majority of the people who hate muslims are hating them because of the little few who were not in their right mind and decided to be extremists and thought that whilst they were at it they should include the whole muslim community. If people making the assumptions were clever, they would of known that not all muslims are like that. not all muslims follow in the terrorists footsteps. AS LIKE ANY OTHER RELIGION. Terrorists are not true muslims infact i dont even know why they called themselves muslims!!!!!
muslims have been kind considerate and worked well with all the people around them for many centurys and just because of da few assholes , they think that its the summary of the religion.AND ITS NOT!
i know alot of people who hated islam because of the assholes who changed the name islam but when they straightened out the facts they actually hated the flipping terrorists not muslims.
ps: actually i'm sorry i'm so mad, i'm never like this its just because i've been listening to this bull **** for so long its just gotten up to here wid me!

they are hated for the same reason people hate .ignorance and tolerance of that ignorance. how can the people who don't know Islam be not afraid?people are afraid to pick up the Quran or learn about Islam and i don't just blame the terrorist for this wickered way of thinking, i blame the everyday Muslim here in America who don't speak out against this terror that is being done and being said to be done in Gods Name. it is like they are scared to show their faith.it's like the terrorist have the Muslims in fear of their own way of life, i say this because Islam is not a religion but a way of life. these Muslims who are here in America are not speaking out.just because these terrorist claim to be our brothers doesn't give them the right to distort Gods truth and to kill in Gods Name.

You know the saying, "One bad appple ruins the whole barrel," that's what's going on here. I have no idea on what the Quaran says, but someone might've taken a loose translation of it, and warped it to make it what they want to say. To basically kill and hate other religions and make everyone think this way. Its the same way with some Christian religions here, and I've recently noticed it with where I go to church. My opinion, propaganda is causing us to hate each other and kill each other, all for the profit of powerful people. And for some, they hate just because they are different. In Bush's case, make the US hate Muslims, to boost his popularity. Truthfully, its all bull! I have no problem with Muslims, or anybody in that matter. Just people who cannot accept people for who they are, and try to change them.

I only hate the ones that have strapped bombs onto their sons and daughters and have them blow themselves up in order to kill innocent people. I only hate the ones who shoot at soldiers from behind women and children and hide in hospitals and schools. I only hate the ones who do not wear military uniform because they are too cowardly to fight like men. I only hate the ones who want to convert all non-believers to Islam and want to kill all those who won't convert. I only hate the ones who kidnap innocent civilians. I only hate the ones who cut off the heads of their captives on live TV. I only hate the ones who want to poison millions of innocent Americans if they ever get the chance. I only hate the ones who want nuclear weapons to explode in Western cities to kill innocent civilians. I hate the ones who live outside of their mother country, but will not speak out and condemn the terrorism. The others I do not hate.

I don't think Muslims are hated in America, nor should they be. Their religion is based on love, peace, and fellowship, much like Christians and Jews.
