OK, I'm giving you a situation you may have heard about in the news, not very recently, but if you didn't, answer whether you think this is a Terrorist Organization, and afterwards I'll tell you what the government said.

This organization opposes what they consider to be inhumane treatment of animals in product testing. They use bombs to blow up facilities, but only when they are sure no humans are present or in danger.

Terrorists?

Rev. Fred Phelps is a baptist minister who made a habit of protesting at gay people's funerals... he gained alot of media attention when he and his clonies showed up at Mathew Shepards funeral and assaulted Mathew's mother with signs and sticks that read "God Hates F-ags" and "Mathew burns in Hell"

More recently Mr. Phelps had been protesting the funerals of US soldiers who died in Iraq with signs reading "God hates America" and "Fa-ggot Soldiers Burn in Hell"

So Bush passed a law saying that he could not demonstrate until 30 minutes after the soldiers funeral has let out...

Some people argue that he has the right to freedom of speech
Others are thankful for the law
While some think that the law should apply to ALL funerals and not just protect the soldiers and their families...

What's your opinion?

I carried a child for 26 weeks and unfortunately, had a premature birth of a baby boy who passed away 2 days later. The father of the child is MIA (of course) and I am stuck with massive medical bills, and burial costs..I did not have health insurance, and I have paid for everything out of my own pocket. Is it all all possible to sue the childs father to make him help cover some of these expenses? Or does he have zero responsibility to be involved at all?

If someone comes over to your house (unsolicited) and mows your grass and then demands payment, are you obligaobligated to pay them? I am a contract builder and remodeling a house in Johnson County Texas, so I have had guys walk up and ask for jobs in which I hired them. A nosey neighbor kept stopping by to hang out, well one day I am on the roof and I see him down there mowing the grass, I didn't think anything of it. When I came down from the roof we had a glass of tea and went on our way. He didn't ask for money, or asked to be paid, or ask for a job, or ask if he could mow the yard. Now four months later he's getting a divorce or something and I think he is hard up for cash and the constable delived me a letter telling me he is suing me. It'll cost me more in attorney fees and court fees to take him to court. Any Lawyers out there got any advise? Or anyone...?

What do you think, if anything, that the government should do to help these people get on their feet? Do you think that they should be able to return to New Orleans when the time is right?

He sent a notice that he is having a will written by my father and all the assets are belonging to him, as per the will. I know it is bogus will. How could I prove that it is a bogus will? What are steps I could take to defend and prove that it is bogus. What are the classes / schedules / rules that describes the penalty for intimidating with bogus will? Waiting for the reply.

A gang of youths attacked me with snowballs in the street last Feb. I stood up to them before going home. They followed me home then began to pelt my house. I came out a number of times-faced abuse death threats and damage to property. After an hour I went out side, chased one of them across the street and remonstrated with him about the invasion and his immitating gang. Again I went back inside. after being visited by his parents they threatened to sue me for damages. I alledgedly broke his collar bone. Anyway it was me who was arrested three weeks after the incident. Twelve months later, suspended from work, I was found not guilty. The judge commended me for my honesty during the four day trial. He also recommended that I keep my character intact, return to my job as a S.N.A and above all no reference to the alledged assault should be put on record. Still today I find the Lies Spread across my CRB form!!! I need to clear - but how?

i had been led to believe that ID cards would be voluntary but someone told me that they are being forced onto people through making them compulsory when your passport expires. Surely i have a legal right to travel without having to give my biometric data to somebody.
I am not by the way, some firebrand liberal, but i do feel i am not being allowed a choice, having been assured of them not being mandatory only to find that they will be. Modern politics i know. It's less about infringement of my civil liberties and more insulting to be treated like a child
