A gang of youths attacked me with snowballs in the street last Feb. I stood up to them before going home. They followed me home then began to pelt my house. I came out a number of times-faced abuse death threats and damage to property. After an hour I went out side, chased one of them across the street and remonstrated with him about the invasion and his immitating gang. Again I went back inside. after being visited by his parents they threatened to sue me for damages. I alledgedly broke his collar bone. Anyway it was me who was arrested three weeks after the incident. Twelve months later, suspended from work, I was found not guilty. The judge commended me for my honesty during the four day trial. He also recommended that I keep my character intact, return to my job as a S.N.A and above all no reference to the alledged assault should be put on record. Still today I find the Lies Spread across my CRB form!!! I need to clear - but how?

You MUST fight, get all and any advice you can, contact the firm who represented you in court, get as much legal advice as you can ask around as many soliictors/lawyers, as is humanley possible.

Do not rest until your name in cleared or a fair amendment is made, why should you suffer because, some snot nose punks done that, and further your are as staed not guilty!

Make it you priority in life to sort it out no matter how long it takes, because it is completly undeserved, and is a damn outrage the way things like this still are allowed to continue!

You where the victim, now you are still being victimised, I truly hope that you can get this matter sorted out, rely on your friends and family for support through what is no doubt a very difficult time for you.

I really am sickened that the innocent are victimised after they are proved innocent. It needs to change, contact media, politians, whatever it takes get a list of people in support, this abuse of people is never going to stop until enough people stand up and say no.

Aside from (1) suing for damages or (2) seeking an injunction there's not much you can do.

I'm not sure what SNA and CRB are, but Googling, I get Citizen Review Board and working with children, if that means anything.

Personally I think if you don't fight back you have lost. Sort of like Nasrallah saying now that Israel lost the Lebanon war, even though he admits he shouldn't have done it and wouldn't have, if he'd known they'd invade.

I presume a CRB form is something to do with your employment. Take a copy of a transcript of the Judge's decision to your employer and whilst you are standing there - watch while they either amend or delete any reference to this incident.

As to the alleged incident itself - good for you - don't let these little B***ards get away with it - in fact I'm surprised that in addition to needing treatment for a broken collar bone this evil litte s*d didn't need dental treatment too.

those thugs will meet up with the wrong group some day and then they wont have their parents saying my son wouldn't do that. you were dead right to stand up to them there should be a lot more people like you in this world. just ignore what people are saying and live your life with your head held high.at least you got your job back. let people believe what they want you know you did the right thing. hold tuff.

How can 12-0 be a majority verdict? What is the minority?

It sounds to me as though you were cleared unanimously by the jury.

yes any accused is presumed innocent, if found not guilty more the reason so, this is a case of request for removing form ur records any criminal convictions, if it is an agency, an administrative action by petition.. if its clerical error its simply administrative level, but if its amendmend or removal its a court action but its simple, its basically ex parte meaning this is not an adversarial trial but merely a basic summary proceeding...

Feral youths. Sprogs, who haven't been brought up properly by their parents, who are then thrust onto the rest of society. BLAME THIS LILLY LIVERED, LIBERAL, PC GOVERNMENT, FOR CRIMINALISING THE VICTIMS.
