It bothers me when I know that anyone including the "system" is being taking advantage of something that is meant for good. This ruins it for the people that need the help.

it seems that roe will probably be reversed under the new suprme court. much of the privacy law upon which it decided in 1973 is currently being undermined by sec 129 of the patriot act 2 of 2003 which gives govt the legal right to gather any information about you that they want to without any warrant of any kind and without your knowledge. will overturning roe give even more power to the government in gathering information without court supervision? anyone know if this is really something to consider if roe is formally challenged?

I can put together a prototype myself. I don't need funding. I just want to know how to protect my idea and how to market it so a distributor will buy it.
Thanks in advance.

From the facts I've researched, the main reason that the government banned marijuana was to stall the immagration of Mexicans into America. Before it was banned, the government actually tried to switch the population of Americans over to marijuana during prohibition.

In the present tabacco is far worse for ones health than marijuana and most of the propaganda that the government used to cause negative beliefs of marijuana in the past have been disproven by science.

So what is going to have to happen for marijuana to be legalized?

My child's father recently told me that he was considering signing over his parental rights because I want him to make a steady visitation schedule and we need to agree on his financial contribution to his child. If he signs over his rights does he have the responsibility of paying current and/or back child support? Also does he have any right to see my child? I want him to be around but only if he is willing to come around on a regular basis and he's willing to help take care of her. So far he doesn't want to do either. I've offered to let her stay with him for days but he always has something to do. I've offered for him to pick her up everyday when he gets off work and see her for a few hours then he can take her to daycare when I go to work or bring her back to my house on my off days. He again always has something to do. My only expectations for him are that he sees her regularly, provides some financial support, and he does not try to have all his visits in my home.

Today I came home and saw where somebody apparently broke into my apartment. I called the police and filed a report. My apartment landlord was notified and they said they were sending someone to replace my locks. Here it is 8:30 at night, and they never showed. We tried to call the 24 hour number, but it was diconnected. We have no other number to reach them. I'm still spooked, and don't want to be here alone tomorrow when my husband goes to work.
We looked through the lease, but nothing is specified about 24/7 service.
What should I do?
