how do I report someone who is cheating workmans comp in fla?

It bothers me when I know that anyone including the "system" is being taking advantage of something that is meant for good. This ruins it for the people that need the help.

Notify the HR department at the hisor her job.

call the state workmans comp . dept.

You call his employer & give them the information. They will notify their worman's comp. insurance carrier.
