Well, that really depends. How much older was the adult from the minor. Also, a lot of times a prosecutor will take a plea from the defendant and drop he other charges. So, it would depend exactly on the details of the crime. I have seen some men get 3 to 5 years and others who have gotten more. It really depends on so much.

I suppose it depends on the severity of the conduct, but the couple of people I knew that had consentual sex with a minor got 4 years in prison.

proberly 4-6 years, but should be 25 to life

It is what is destroying this country! People eat when they are stressed, having some wierdo touch you in a way that makes you beyond insanely uncomfortable causes stress....get the picture?
