No, the way you describe it, you sound like if I traveled back in a time machine or something. The fact is the events of the past must not be tampered with because the effects cannot be controlled or gauged. For all you know the death of Hitler before he took power over germany could affect many other countries around the world and its possible that you wouldnt exist in a world like that. History is an evolution, the evil is just as necessary as the good.

Killing a person without authority is a crime. Thus, Hilter even when he is a criminal should be given a day in court so that due process and the administration of just will be properly implemented. The decision is not for me to make.

Is that like the US pre-emptive strike on Iraq. Good question but really hard to answer. What will the impact be on society today. Would someoone or another country taken up his role in the world.
