I want to work in USA for a while...but i can't find a job since last year. So i have an idea to take a tourist visa and then change it...maybe to go to some school and get the visa J1 or to find some job and get the visa H1B. But i know in embassy will ask me - if i have any plans to stay in USA...And if i really do, and will not tell them and then will stay there for real - can they put me in jail for that or cick me out from country when the tourist visa will finish? Coz if i said i don't want to stay there but i will - it's a double aims...Can they punish me for that? I don't want be there illegal - yr advise - guys

a border state, such as Arizona,California,New Mexico,or Texas??? If not, then you have NO IDEA what goes on here with the illegals!! And that is probably why you can seem so judgmental,of the rest of us!! Either THAT,or you ARE an illegal,or have relatives or friends who are!

It is common knowledge that the mexican government prints and freely distributes a handbook how to end-run our constitution and, however perilous by a tiny fraction (1400 out of 4 million a year) illegally enter the USA in numbers.

Would you like to estimate if, and when, the next logical step could be for Mexico to finish printing those manuals, and start printing manuals how to end-run our constitution to cede independant states eventually back to Mexico?

This is called La Reconquista if you haven't heard of it yet, and Aztlan. I even read about it on Congress's offical website congress.org. If I try to correctly spell Aztlan dot net for one of their websites, it is censord by Yahoo. Do you think after learning about it that it couldn't happen?

Thank You.

There are two sides to every issue. This immigration debate has two sides. Legal or Illegal. Right or wrong. I have chosen to be right, righteously so! Any person who attempts to justify a criminal invasion is simply deluding themselves. If you support border security and no amnesty for illegals then you need to stop complaining and find a way to become a true patriot. Take action! Do something to bring about a change! I have contacted my elected officials and made my opinions and wishes known. I believe that myself and others working together have made a difference. locally, I started a grassroots group that educates people about the ongoing problems of illegal immigration. We also place flyers on known illegal sympathizers businesses. We keep track of the hiring practices of a number of local businesses. If needed we report the offenders to the proper federal agencies. on a personal level, I accost suspected illegals and make it known that they are not welcomed by me. Act now!

a cultural integration forced on them by another soverign nation?

The reason why I ask is the pro community gives subjective answers like, you can't change anything you have to cater to us we're here in numbers and will get bigger and stronger, and always: Deal with it!

so I am dealing with it...when did America stop being a melting pot and be only for illegals?

The white people invaded nothing. They built a country by blood, sweat and tears. These so called "native Americans" came here from Siberia only 20,000 years ago. The U.S.A made treaty after treaty with the Indian then the Indians would on the war path and break the treaties. The uncivilized Indians massacred and raped many thousands of innocent women and children. The Indians were raping, killing, enslaving, and stealing, etc. from one other untill the whites came along with their law and order and put an end to such misdeeds. Most Indians are pampered, spoiled, lazy and do not work getting drunk daily on their reservations at taxpayer expense. The taxpayer also pays the Indians' other living expenses via twisted welfare laws.

There are so many Legal and illegal kids in the school systems today. A lot of these children don't know English. Many teachers are having problems excelling in class work, because they are having to spend more time with the non speaking English students. Is this slowing down or dumbing down our school systems? Is this fair to American children?

France's upper parlaiment just passed a law to make it harder for unskilled migrants to settle in France. Other provisions include: Only the qualified get "skills and talents" residency permit
Foreigners only allowed in to work, not live off benefits
Foreign spouses to wait longer for residence cards
Migrants must agree to learn French
Migrants must sign 'contract' respecting French way of life
Scraps law on workers getting citizenship after 10 years

Of course opponents say the French are being racist.

What do you think?

And if the French Parlaiment 'gets it' why doesn't our own government?

I am traveling to Egypt this fall to get married to my fiance in Cairo. I am an American citizen, and he is Egyptian. We don't have a clue how to get him a Visa to travel back to the U.S. with me, once we are officially married. And we are both very limited in our finances, and I do not meet poverty guidelines for my state. Neither of us have a clue what to do to prepare for this life-changing occasion. Can he even come here once we are married? Someone please help! We are in love, and don't know what to do!

They are different which do you prefer -control or closing?

And yes some are for neither-just wanted to know how the others feel between these options.

I am for closing until our problems are fixed. If that offends you sorry its not because of the people for me.

DUBLIN, Calif. - Audra Schmierer's Social Security number really gets around. It has been used by at least ( 81 ) people in 17 states, most of them probably illegal immigrants trying to get work.

The federal government took years to discover the number was being used illegally, but authorities took little action even then.

"They knew what was happening but wouldn't do anything," said Schmierer, 33, a housewife in this affluent San Francisco suburb. "One name, one number, why can't they just match it up?"

Schmierer realized she had a problem in February 2005, when she got a statement from the IRS saying she owed $15,813 in back taxes — even though she had not worked since her son was born in 2000.

People used her Social Security number from Florida to Washington state, at construction sites, fast-food restaurants and even major high-tech companies. Some opened bank accounts using the number.

By shifting their focus to the border, the right wing can use rhetoric about the “war on terror” to silence any opposition to further militarization--on the grounds that this is necessary “to secure our borders.” Evoking the phantom terrorist threat has become the standard practice to silence a discussion of what is actually happening.
